Blood tests

How do you deal with getting blood tests done on your child??

Just got a call this afternoon from Doctors, saying they want to get bloods taken and do a full medical check up at hospital tommorrow morning.

I honestly don't know how I'm going to deal with her blood getting taken. Feeling really nervous and scared.

Any tips? or stories.

when mikko had to get his gentic testing done I just held him but then he was only 2. have heard that at starship they give them some sort of drugs???

I just hope i dont start crying before it even starts, because i know that wont help.
