extreme clinginess
Is this a sign of autism? Mikko's pretty clingy but Kasper has taken it to a whole new level with tantrums when I don't pick him up even resulting in passing out out and not breathing and today's new one - foaming at the mouth
Re: extreme clinginess
Not that I am aware of... I don't recall DD1 being that clingy... but girls present differently to boys...

Christopher was obsessed with jon when he was small. He had to do everything. I could have fallen off the planet and he would have not noticed.
Not sure if its an ASD thing, but it was really over the top. Tantrums would ensue if dad didnt do everything.
He has grown out of it a fair bit, but still favours his dad.

William is really clingy, and if something isn't going his way he WILL need a cuddle, to the point of throwing himself on the floor crying if I can't (or won't: cuddles after you have been violent to me...find that hard!) give it to him RIGHT NOW!
